2. What data may appear?

• company name, city, industry and public link to the website/profile;
• description of the business problem, contact channels and expected goal;
• name, e-mail, telephone number or preferred contact channel, if the customer provides it;
• materials provided voluntarily to prepare a draft, content, page, FAQ or process;
• inquiry status, work notes, approval history and scoping.

3. What not to serve?

• passwords, access keys, payment data and access to panels;
• health data, medical documents and other sensitive data;
• full customer databases or private conversations without basis or consent;
• materials that may not be used in the offer, content or automation.

4. Purposes of processing

• response to the inquiry and selection of the appropriate service module;
• preparation of a preliminary diagnosis, brief, offer or draft of material;
• performing the agreed service and maintaining a trace of the owner's acceptance;
• handling settlements, complaints and possible claims;
• protection of the website, CRM and forms against abuse.

5. Legal basis

• art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR - activities before the contract or performance of the contract;
• art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR - legitimate interest: handling inquiries, security and pursuing claims;

6. Forms, Brief and Radar

• Brief shows initial direction after submitting the form; do not enter sensitive or private customer data.
• Boost Radar only sends a short description of the problem to the protected diagnosis engine when the form is clicked.
• The Radar result is preliminary and is not a substitute for a full audit or analysis of private channels.
• Do not enter sensitive or private customer information into Radar.

7. CRM and customer customer data

If Boost handles data of people who are customers of another company, it may be necessary to outsource data processing. In this model, the customer is the controller and Boost can act as the processor. The real CRM mode will be launched only after establishing the rules, security and documents.

8. Audiences and tools

Data may be processed using hosting, email, security, accounting and technical service providers - only to the extent necessary to handle the inquiry, security, billing or provision of the service.

9. Storage period

We store inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the case, prepare an offer, provide a service, billing, security or claims. Specific periods will be added in the final version after the sales and accounting process has been established.

10. Person's rights

11. Publication and customer materials

Photos, texts, prices, regulations, responses to opinions, customer data and sales promises are not published without the owner's consent. The AI/operator can prepare a sketch, but the decision and responsibility for public use remains with the human.

12. Cookies and analytics

Protected preview should not include public marketing analytics. If cookies, analytics, pixel or remarketing are added before the public launch, the website will receive separate information and a consent mechanism, if required.
